Hi, I’m Abby, founder and lead planner of Event Your Vision. For over a decade, I’ve produced events that celebrate community, connection, and joy. From vibrant festivals welcoming thousands of guests to heartfelt milestone moments that matter most to families and organizations.
I’ve led production for large-scale community gatherings, designed organizational celebrations and fundraisers that tell meaningful, mission-driven stories, and created intimate private parties and milestones where every detail matters.
Before I became an event planner, I earned my Master’s in Social Work, and somehow found myself doing a different kind of social work: crafting social events. It turns out, it’s still about people, stories, and making everyone feel seen.
I’m known for being meticulously detailed, calm under pressure, and deeply invested in my clients’ happiness. My background gives me a unique ability to listen carefully, anticipate needs, and design experiences that truly reflect who you are and what you value.

About a month before your event, I’ll step in to gather details, confirm vendors, and create a master plan so everything runs smoothly. On the day of, I oversee every detail — from vendor arrivals and setup to cueing the program and managing the timeline — so you can be fully present and stress-free.
